Tubzer has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. But the app does create a user ID for you, and some data is stored under that ID on our server. You can have all of it deleted at any time; it takes one e-mail.
Open Tubzer and look at your profile / the Tubot AI screen. Your user ID is the short code of letters and digits that the app shows there (you may have changed it to a name of your choice). We can only find your data with this ID, because we do not know your name, e-mail address or anything else about you.
E-mail support@tubzer.de with the subject "Delete my Tubzer data" and your user ID. That is all we need. You do not have to give a reason.
We delete the data within 30 days at the latest and confirm by e-mail. Your e-mail is used only to process the request and is deleted afterwards.
Aggregated statistics that no longer contain any user ID (for example "this video was played 1,635 times") are kept. Backup copies of the database expire within twelve months; your data is not restored from them.
Alarms, settings and the local copy of your credits are stored only on your phone. Uninstalling Tubzer or clearing its app data removes them. If you reinstall the app afterwards, it may recognise the device and restore the previous user ID unless that ID has been deleted on our server.
Data that Google processed when videos played, when you watched a rewarded ad or when you bought credits is controlled by Google, not by us. You can manage it in your Google account and in the Android settings (Privacy › Ads to reset or delete the advertising ID). See the Google Privacy Policy.
You can also ask for a copy of the data stored under your user ID, or for individual records to be corrected or removed, using the same e-mail address. Details on your rights are in section 9 of the Privacy Policy.
